Private pay is also an option if you are wanting to work with Kailey, but she does not take your insurance. Her fee is $150 for a 55 minute individual session (as of 2025). She does not currently offer family, couples, children or group therapy.
We can also provide a receipt for services called a Superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of out-of-network benefits.
24 hour notice is required to avoid the late fee, and you can email your counselor to communicate this. For example, if your appointment is at 9am on a Thursday, you need to email the counselor BEFORE 9am on Wednesday to avoid the fee. After 15 minutes the appointment is considered a no-show and the late fee will apply.
After 15 minutes, an appointment is considered a no-show. The first no-show or late cancellation will result in a $75 fee charged to the card on file. Any subsequent no-shows or late cancelations will be charged for the full appointment fee of $150. These fees are generally not reimbursed by insurance companies.
The only exception to this cancellation policy is in the event of a serious/contagious illness or emergency. Some examples of emergencies are car accidents, deaths in the family, or extreme illness. Work issues do not constitute emergencies. This cancellation policy also applies even if missing the appointment was an unintentional act. In the event of prohibitive weather, or contagious illness, we can conduct the session on the phone or via Telehealth.
If you are sick, please stay home. If you are contagious, and come to an in-person appointment, you are putting your counselor and other vulnerable people at risk. Telehealth is the safe alternative in these cases. The counselor reserves the right to use their discretion when it comes to waiving the fee in cases of medical necessity.
Please note that the fees described in this policy cannot be applied to clients with Medicaid insurance. Thus, clients with Medicaid insurance who have two or more late cancellations or missed sessions will be referred to other providers should there be any indication that the pattern will continue.
After TWO no-shows or late cancellations, the counselor reserves the right to discontinue services and offer a referral to another qualified provider.
By signing this informed consent, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the late cancellation and no-show policy, and agree to have the credit card on file charged.
