Kailey Claggett (she/her) is a licensed professional counselor offering therapy for anxiety, depression, grief & EMDR for trauma. Her warm and compassionate manner offers a safe space for clients to process and understand the deeper impact of some of their life experiences and to help them cope with stress and anxiety.

Our focus is to help individuals feel safe and to help not only manage the symptoms surfacing after traumatic experiences, but to use research-based holistic techniques like EMDR, and IFS to help actually heal trauma at it's source.
This includes childhood abuse or neglect, religious trauma or deconstruction, and more recent traumatic experiences.
